In a large bowl, add the juice of 8 lemons, the portion of 1 finely chopped garlic clove, and a pinch of ground black pepper, stir the mixture a little. Add the salmon fillets placed separately to the mixture to marinate for 10 minutes (Flip the salmon after 5 minutes).
