The salmon carpaccio recipe takes just a few minutes to prepare but you will want to spend your whole life eating it.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 salmon fillet, cut into very thin slices
  • 4 tablespoons lime juice
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation

Arrange the salmon slices on the plate.
In a cup, mix the oil and lemon juice. Pour it over the salmon.
Salt pepper and let it rest for at least 10 minutes.
