Ingredients: 1/2 cups I Can't Believe It's Not Butter®; 2 cloves garlic, sliced; 1 tablespoon serrano chile, finely chopped; 3 tablespoons lime juice; 4 tablespoons honey; 1/3 cups fresh cilantro, finely chopped; 1 bunch asparagus; 1 cup bell pepper, colorful, sliced; 1 cup pumpkin, sliced; 1 cup carrot, cut into sticks; 1 tablespoon I Can't Believe It's Not Butter®; salt and pepper; 1 tablespoon chile flakes; 1 salmon, in fillet, skinless; 1 lemon, sliced, for decoration; 1 lime, sliced, for decoration; fresh cilantro, for decoration

Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a pot over medium heat, melt half a cup of I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter® and add the garlic, cooking for a few minutes to release the aroma and lightly brown. Add the serrano pepper, lemon juice, honey, and cilantro, cook for 1 minute, and remove. Let cool.
