Ingredients

2 portions
  • 100 grams penne rigate
  • 1 leave bay (laurel)
  • 1 can Salmon, in water
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • to taste salt

Preparation

Open the salmon can, drain the water, squeeze the lemon and refrigerate for 20 min.
Prepare the pasta according to the packaging instructions, adding the bay leaf and salt to the taste in the water.
Ready the pasta and after 20 min of the salmon with the lemon add the 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise light. We mix perfectly.

PRESENTATION

We add a portion of our preparation with salmon in the middle of the plate, around we place our pasta, decorating with a small flower if you like and enjoy.

TIPS

If you like you can leave the salmon for longer with the lemon so that the flavor is more concentrated.
