Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 tablespoons Bee Honey Great Value®
  • 1/4 cups soy sauce
  • 3/4 cups Water
  • 4 tablespoons raw sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 cups Water
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Extra Special Olive Oil®
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Great Value®
  • 1/4 teaspoons black pepper
  • 4 slices pineapple
  • 4 tablespoons onion stem chambray, chopped to decorate

Preparation

For the sauce, in a pot heat the honey with the soy sauce, the water, the sugar, the ginger, and the garlic. Let it boil and lower the heat.
Mix the starch with water and integrate to the previous preparation. Cook about 10 minutes on low heat, or until thick.
Grill the salmon fillets with olive oil, salt on both sides and cook to the desired term.
Dip the pineapple in the sweet sauce and grill on both sides until it is marked.
Serve salmon fillets with pineapples and more sweet sauce. Decorate with cambric onion stems.
