Ingredients

4 portions
  • 400 grams fresh salmon
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons fresh coriander, (leaves)

Preparation

Freeze the salmon for 30 minutes until it is firm.
Remove from the freezer and cut into 1 cm squares.
Mix lemon, oil, vinegar, cilantro, salt and pepper. Add the fish and stir.
Fill 4 ramekins with this mixture and squeeze a little. At the mere hour flip them on the plate they are going to serve.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with pita bread toast.
