Preparation
In a pan heat the oil and cook the salmon previously seasoned with salt and pepper.
In a table place the salmon and with the help of two forks, break it up.
In a bowl mix salmon with Parmesan cheese, garlic, dill, potatoes, egg and bread crumbs, season with salt and pepper. With the help of your hands, form the croquettes by placing a little cream cheese in the center.
Beat the croquettes through flour, egg and finally the corn flakes.
In a pot with hot oil, fry the croquettes until browned and drain on absorbent paper.
For the dressing, blend the mayonnaise with the cream, the chilies, the onion, the garlic, the salt and the pepper until you have a homogeneous mixture.
Serve croquettes on a plate with chilli dip. Enjoy
