Salmon Croquettes with 3 Chilli Dressings

Give your usual croquettes a twist and prepare these delicious cheese-filled salmon croquettes served with a three-chili dressing, they are soft on the inside and crispy on the outside, and the spicy dip will delight you. Ideal for Lent!

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 500 grams salmon fillet
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cups parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoons dill
  • 2 potatoes, cooked and crushed
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 tablespoons ground bread
  • 1 cream cheese, 190g
  • enough flour
  • 2 eggs, smoothie
  • enough cornflakes, crushed
  • enough oil, to fry
  • 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 Chile de árbol pepper, deveined and hydrated
  • 2 chipotle chilies, deveined and hydrated
  • 1/8 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper

Preparation

In a pan heat the oil and cook the salmon previously seasoned with salt and pepper.
In a table place the salmon and with the help of two forks, break it up.
In a bowl mix salmon with Parmesan cheese, garlic, dill, potatoes, egg and bread crumbs, season with salt and pepper. With the help of your hands, form the croquettes by placing a little cream cheese in the center.
Beat the croquettes through flour, egg and finally the corn flakes.
In a pot with hot oil, fry the croquettes until browned and drain on absorbent paper.
For the dressing, blend the mayonnaise with the cream, the chilies, the onion, the garlic, the salt and the pepper until you have a homogeneous mixture.
Serve croquettes on a plate with chilli dip. Enjoy

PRESENTATION

Serve on a small board and place the dressing in a bowl.

TIPS

You can also make your baked croquettes if you want to make them healthier.
