Try this fresh salmon tartar that is perfect as an entry in any event. It has a fresh and sweet touch with the apple. As well as the delicious flavor of ginger that make it a unique and delicious dish.

Preparation
Chop the onion, the apple, the pickles, the capers and place it in a bowl with 5 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, season to taste and mix the ingredients well.
Add the perrins sauce, the mustard, the soy sauce, the ginger and the tabasco sauce and mix. Reserve in the fridge.
Cut the salmon into squares of about half a centimeter.
Add the salmon in the bowl and mix well with the other ingredients.
Leave the bowl for 5 minutes with everything in the fridge. Then put on a mold and decorate with a little chives.
