Ingredients

6 servings
  • 3 pieces of pumpkin
  • 1 Cup of cherry tomato
  • 1/3 of piece of red onion
  • 1 teaspoonful of fresh thyme
  • 1 teaspoonful of oregano
  • 1 teaspoonful of garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon of chili flake
  • enough of olive oil spray
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • 1 piece of Salmon fish market cut into pieces of 200 grams

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    On a wooden board cut the sliced ​​pumpkins, the cherry tomatoes in half and the onion in a pen.
    In a bowl, mix the vegetables with thyme, oregano, garlic powder, chili flakes and sprinkle with olive oil spray. Season with salt and pepper.
    Place the vegetables on a sheet of aluminum foil, place a salmon fillet on top and close the foil. Bake for 20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked.
    Serve immediately.
