This recipe is an exquisite dish of wraps of lettuce and salmon with teriyaki sauce. Apart from healthy they have a delicious flavor that your family will love. Do not stop trying them.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 pound Salmon
  • to taste table salt
  • 1/3 cups dressing, Teriyaki, but a little to soak
  • 1 head french lettuce
  • 2 cups bean (legume) salad, of cabbage (carrots, white cabbage and purple julienne)
  • 3/4 cups corn kernels, white, roasted or boiled on the cob
  • 2 cups Noodle, crispy chow mein cooked quickly

Preparation

In a large skillet, heat oil at low / medium temperature. Carefully place the salmon fillets, sprinkle with garlic salt and cook approximately 4 minutes on each side.
Add the Teriyaki sauce to the steaks and let them cook for 1 more minute. Remove from heat and set aside.
Wash and rinse the lettuce. Carefully remove the leaves and place them on a paper towel to dry.
Cut the cooked salmon into small pieces to eat.
To love them: place a leaf of lettuce on the palm of your hand and add on top 2 or 3 pieces of salmon.
Add the coleslaw, the corn grains and the chow mein noodles.
Serve it with a little Teriyaki sauce to soak.
