Preparation
In a large skillet, heat oil at low / medium temperature. Carefully place the salmon fillets, sprinkle with garlic salt and cook approximately 4 minutes on each side.
Add the Teriyaki sauce to the steaks and let them cook for 1 more minute. Remove from heat and set aside.
Wash and rinse the lettuce. Carefully remove the leaves and place them on a paper towel to dry.
Cut the cooked salmon into small pieces to eat.
To love them: place a leaf of lettuce on the palm of your hand and add on top 2 or 3 pieces of salmon.
Add the coleslaw, the corn grains and the chow mein noodles.
Serve it with a little Teriyaki sauce to soak.
