In a large pan, heat oil over low/medium heat. Carefully place the salmon fillets, sprinkle them with garlic salt, and cook for about 4 minutes on each side. Add the Teriyaki sauce to the fillets and let them cook for 1 more minute. Remove from heat and set aside.
