Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 pieces of tomato finely chopped
  • 1/2 piece of red onion finely chopped
  • 2 pieces of serrano pepper finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of coriander finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of ketchup
  • 3/4 of Cup of Camaronazo® tomato and shrimp juice
  • 1/4 of Cup of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of maggi sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 spoonfuls of Salsa México Lindo®
  • 500 grams of cheap shrimp
  • 1 tablespoon of Knorr ® Shrimp broth
  • 2 pieces of avocado cubed
  • enough of coriander fresh, to garnish
  • enough of crackers To accompany with

    Preparation

    In a bowl, mix tomato, red onion, serrano chile, cilantro, ketchup, Camaronazo® tomato and shrimp juice, lime juice, Maggi sauce, olive oil, México Lindo® Salsa and add shrimp.
    Season with Knorr® Shrimp Bouillon and carefully mix in cubed avocado, reserving some for garnish.
    Serve in cocktail or milkshake glasses and decorate with fresh cilantro and avocado. Serve with saltine crackers.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve in a cocktail glass, decorate with avocado and cilantro. Serve with saltine crackers.

    TIPS

    Add a touch of orange soda to give it a fun twist.
