Preparation
Wash, peel and unveil the shrimp.
In a pan melt butter, pour the shrimp and let them take color for 3 minutes and reserve.
In a pan empty the tequila, and immediately boil pour it over the shrimp.
In a pot heat the oil, fry the onion, add the garlic, peppers and chilies, pour the tomatoes, oregano, salt, pepper and bay leaf.
Cover and let boil a few minutes, now add the sprig of thyme and let it simmer until the sauce is somewhat thick.
Pour the Shrimp into the boiling sauce, add the cilantro and wait for it to boil again for 3 to 5 minutes.
