Ingredients: 2 kilos shrimp, medium peeled and deveined; 1 green bell pepper, cut into cubes; 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into cubes; 1 red bell pepper, cut into cubes; 1 red onion, cut into cubes; 3 tablespoons sugar; 3 tablespoons piquín chile; 6 tablespoons olive oil; 1 tablespoon garlic salt; 1 zucchini, sliced

Mix the olive oil, sugar, chili powder, and garlic salt in a bowl. Add to the shrimp and mix. Prepare the skewers by placing 1 piece of each color of bell pepper, 1 piece of onion, 1 slice of zucchini, and a piece of shrimp. Repeat 2 or 3 times.
