Ingredients: 1 cup Rice Flour Three Stars®; 1 1/4 cups wheat flour; 3/4 cups beer; 1 tablespoon baking powder; 1 teaspoon garlic powder; 1 teaspoon paprika; salt; 1 egg; 2 cups medium-sized shrimp, clean and peeled; vegetable oil, for frying; 1/2 cups vegetable oil; 1 cup guajillo chile, in thin strips; 1/2 cups garlic, in thin slices; salt; lime

In a bowl, mix Tres Estrellas® rice flour, wheat flour, baking powder, garlic powder, paprika, and salt. Then, add beer and egg and mix with a whisk until you obtain a smooth and lump-free mixture. Dip the shrimp in the batter mixture and fry in a pan with enough oil over medium heat for 8 minutes or until golden and well cooked. Remove and place on a plate with paper towels.
