Ingredients: 1/4 tablespoons vegetable oil, for shrimp, beans, and sopes; 2 tablespoons pitted olives, finely chopped; 1/4 cups onion, finely chopped; 1/2 kilos shrimp, clean; 1/4 cups Hunt's ® BBQ chipotle sauce; 1/2 cups sour cream; 1 pinch salt; 1 pinch pepper; 1 cup refried beans; 8 sopes; 1 cup lettuce, chopped; red onion, cut into thin strips; queso fresco; fresh epazote, for decoration; radish, sliced for decoration

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the onion and garlic with a tablespoon of oil. Add the shrimp and cook for 5 minutes, then add the Hunts® BBQ Chipotle Sauce and the cream. Cook for 5 more minutes and season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the beans, seasoning with salt and pepper. Set aside.
