Preparation
On a cutting board chop the smoked salmon.
In a food processor mix the salmon, cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and pepper. Process until you have a uniform mixture.
Put the mixture in a deep bowl and combine with the chives. Pour into a rectangular refractory (in the form of a pâté), and if it does not work immediately refrigerate.
