Ingredients

6 portions
  • 600 grams smoked salmon
  • 1 stick cream cheese
  • 1/4 cups light mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/8 tablespoons black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped
  • cookies, or bread, to accompany
  • parsley, to decorate

Preparation

On a cutting board chop the smoked salmon.
In a food processor mix the salmon, cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and pepper. Process until you have a uniform mixture.
Put the mixture in a deep bowl and combine with the chives. Pour into a rectangular refractory (in the form of a pâté), and if it does not work immediately refrigerate.

PRESENTATION

Pour the pate on a plate and decorate with the parsley. Accompany with bread or cookies.

una maqinita qe es como licuadora pero en su parte siempre es pequeña, iwal podria ocupar una licuadora o mezclarlo con una pala!
