Preparation
Dry the squids very well and set them aside in a bowl
Mix the ground bread with the pepper with lemon, the garlic powder, the onion powder, the sea salt and the dehydrated parsley
Pass the squid through flour and egg (2 times) and then place them in the bread crumb mixture. Pass them to a tray and put in the freezer for one hour
Put the oil in a deep pan and heat over high heat. Once hot, lower the flame to medium
Place half of the cold squid until it stops bubbling, remove the calamari from the oil and place them on a plate with absorbent paper
Repeat the operation with the rest of the squid
Place the extra special tartar sauce in a small bowl to accompany the dish with squid
