Ingredients

3 portions
  • 1 cod
  • 6 big shrimp
  • 1 squid
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons oil, of grape seed (or your taste)
  • 1/2 tablespoons White pepper
  • 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cups cornstarch, potato starch
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/5 onions

Preparation

Remove the shell and the digestive system (the black thread) from the shrimp and then clean them with water. Cut the cod into 12 pieces. Finely cut the skull of the squid, remove the brains and cut the part of the eye. Wash everything and add to the blender.
Boil oil in a saucepan and add all other ingredients to the blender.
