Prepare this rich salmon stuffed with a delicious mix of dried fruits and Mediterranean style feta cheese. It is very juicy and has an intense flavor, it is baked and you can accompany it with a delicious salad.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 salmon fillet, thick
  • 4 teaspoons Nutrioli Dha® soy oil
  • 4 pinches salt
  • 4 pinches black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Nutrioli Dha® soy oil
  • 2 shallots, finely chopped
  • 3 cups spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese, in cubes
  • 4 tablespoons almond, filleted
  • 4 tablespoons walnut, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons peanut
  • 4 tablespoons cranberry , dehydrated
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Cut each salmon fillet in half without cutting it completely. Varnish each fillet with the Nutrioli DHA® Oil and salt-pepper. Reservation.
For the filling, in a pan over medium heat, heat the Nutrioli DHA® Oil and cook the shallot until it is transparent. Add the spinach, cook 5 minutes or until all the liquid evaporates.
Add the cheese and nuts and cook 3 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
Fill each fillet with the spinach mixture and wrap in foil. Place them on a tray and bake about 25 minutes or until they are cooked.
Serve immediately.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with salad.
