Presentation

Plating: Place a mound of white rice (optional) on one side, arrange the shrimp on the plate, and drizzle with Bechamel sauce. On the other side, place the vegetables and drizzle with the wine reduction.

Tips

If the bacon is very thin or difficult to handle, toothpicks can be used to hold it together The Bechamel sauce can be substituted with your preferred sauce.
