Ingredients: 1.5 cups rice for sushi; 2 cups water; 50 milliliters rice vinegar; 1 teaspoon sugar; 1 pinch salt; 200 grams surimi, in julienne; 2 cucumbers, in sticks; 1 avocado, in sticks; 250 grams cream cheese, in sticks; 6 nori, dry; 150 milliliters lime juice; 1/2 bunches cilantro, finely chopped; 2 serrano chiles, fresh, finely chopped

Rinse the rice to remove excess starch. Add the rice and water with a pinch of salt to a pot or rice cooker, heat on high, and when it starts to boil, lower the heat to the minimum and cover until ready, about 15 minutes.
