For the wonton dough: place the flour, eggs, water, and sauce in a bowl. Mix with a silicone spatula until a homogeneous dough is obtained, cover with a cotton cloth, and let it rest at room temperature for at least 30 minutes. While the dough is resting, prepare the filling for the spring rolls. Mix the surimi, garlic, ginger, red cabbage, carrot, green onion stalks, green onion, and soy sauce in a bowl. Then, add McCormick® Light Mayonnaise and mix until all ingredients are fully combined. Set aside.
