Cut each surimi stick in four (one cut in half (vertical), one cut in half (horizontal).
Prepare the tempura dough. Lightly beat the egg, reserve. Place the flour, water and mix gently and incorporate the egg. Incorporate a couple of ice cubes.
Go through this mixture the surimi.
Fry in hot oil.
Once fried, place the surimi in a sieve so that the excess oil drains off. Put the fish in absorbent paper.
