If you are one of the people that you like the surimi, this recipe will enchant you. Surimi tempura is a classic in Japanese food, ideal as a rich snack or to accompany a salad.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 8 pieces of surimi
  • 1 piece of egg
  • 2 cups of rice flour
  • 2 cups of Water
  • 2 pieces of ice

    Preparation

    Cut each surimi stick in four (one cut in half (vertical), one cut in half (horizontal).
    Prepare the tempura dough. Lightly beat the egg, reserve. Place the flour, water and mix gently and incorporate the egg. Incorporate a couple of ice cubes.
    Go through this mixture the surimi.
    Fry in hot oil.
    Once fried, place the surimi in a sieve so that the excess oil drains off. Put the fish in absorbent paper.

    PRESENTATION

    Put it in a bowl and accompany it with a delicious mayonnaise.

    TIPS

    It is important that the tempura is cold, so that once you cool the surimi it is crispy. You can store the tempura in the refrigerator for a few minutes before using it or adding ice.
