Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3/4 cups mushroom, sliced
  • 1/2 cups mushroom, slices
  • 6 trout
  • 1 cup garlic
  • 1/4 cups dry sherry
  • 1/4 cups Water
  • black pepper, to taste

Preparation

In a pan heat the olive oil and cook the mushrooms and mushrooms for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Add the sherry and water and boil for 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper.
In aluminum leaves add a trout fillet and 4 tablespoons of the mushroom sauce.
Cook in the oven at 180 degrees centigrade for 30 minutes or until the trout is well cooked.

PRESENTATION

Serve on sheets of aluminum foil so that everyone can open them personally and eat their trout.
