Tuna burgers with Chipotle

Prepare these delicious and nutritious tuna burgers that are accompanied with a creamy chipotle sauce that give a unique touch, and as a side dish a few delicious steamed vegetables. Super nutritious!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of tuna
  • 1/2 Cup of ground bread
  • 4 spoonfuls of parsley finely chopped
  • 1 clove of Garlic
  • 2 pieces of egg
  • 1 tablespoon of Chipotle pepper ground
  • 1 Cup of potato cooked and cut in cubes
  • 2 pinches of Salt
  • 1 piece of Nutrioli Spray®
  • 1 Cup of cream to beat for the sauce
  • 1/4 of Cup of Mayonnaise for the sauce
  • 2 spoonfuls of Chile chipotle milled for the sauce
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 4 cups of vegetable steamed, to accompany

    Preparation

    Mix in a bowl, the tuna, the ground bread, the parsley, the garlic, the egg, the chipotle chili, the potato and the salt. Reservation.
    Spray Nutrioli Spray® in a medium skillet and heat over medium heat, form the burgers with the tuna mixture and cook for 5 minutes on each side taking care not to burn.
    Mix in a small bowl, cream, mayonnaise, chipotle chile and salt.
    Serve hamburgers with sauce and steamed vegetables.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve two to three hamburgers according to size and accompany with vegetables.

    TIPS

    You can use any type of steamed vegetable.
