Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 can tuna
  • 1 saladette tomatoes
  • white onions
  • 2 chipotle chilies
  • 1 lemon
  • salt
  • soy sauce, or English sauce
  • 1 avocado
  • ground black peppers
  • 1 package fried or toasted corn tortilla, or crackers
  • vegetal oil

Preparation

Finely chop the onion, tomato and chipotle peppers. Drain the tuna well and reserve it.
Fry the vegetables and chiles over medium heat, then add the tuna and lemon juice with salt. You can season it with a little ground black pepper. Before removing season with soy sauce or English sauce.
Serve hot on toast or crackers, to decorate a few slices of avocado and accompany it with a good cold beer! Bon Appetite!!!

TIPS

If you want to give it another touch, you can add green olives stuffed with pepper to this snack; Besides giving it flavor, it will also give it color.
