Ingredients

6 portions
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
  • 4 cups Dolores® Tuna Loin, in oil
  • 1 cup corn grain
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 2 cups fried potato, crushed
  • 1 cup manchego cheese, grated
  • 1 package Ritz® cookies
  • to taste parsley

Preparation

In a saucepan with melted butter, fry the onion, add the mushroom cream and the evaporated milk. Cook for 5 minutes and cool.
Place the tuna in a bowl together with the previous preparation, mix until incorporated. Pour into a previously greased baking dish, cover with the corn, the french fries and the grated Manchego cheese. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 ° C.
Remove from the oven, accompany with Ritz® crackers and decorate with chopped parsley.
