Mix in a bowl, the tuna, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, egg, chipotle pepper, potato, and salt. Set aside. Spray Nutrioli Spray® in a medium skillet and heat over medium heat, form the patties with the tuna mixture and cook for 5 minutes on each side, being careful not to burn them.
