Moisten your hands with cold water and take 3/4 cup of rice, sprinkle over the seaweed leaving a 1 centimeter edge on the opposite side of the chef.
Put 1/4 teaspoon of wasabi on the rice in a horizontal line about 4 centimeters from the chef.
On the wasabi put 1 or 2 strips of fresh tuna. 2 strips of cucumber and 2 strips of carrot.
Starting with the edge closest to you, lift the sushi tablecloth with your thumbs, hold the stuffing in place with your fingers, and fold the tablecloth over the stuffing, so that the top and bottom edges of the rice meet.
