Ingredients

4 servings
  • 400 grams of puff pastry
  • 1 piece of egg
  • 3 cans of Dolores® Premium Tuna Loin
  • 3 pieces of beefsteak tomato
  • 1 Cup of mozzarella cheese grated
  • 6 pieces of fresh basil leaf
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    Stretch the puff pastry with the help of a rolling pin until you get a square of approximately 24x24 cm. Fold the edges to make a border and paste with egg.
    Sprinkle half the cheese all over the rectangle. Add the Dolores® premium tuna loin and on top of the tomato slices, varnish the tomatoes with the same tuna oil.
    Cover with the rest of the mozzarella cheese, salt and pepper. Varnish the edges with eggs to give color.
    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until it is au gratin.
    Serve hot and garnish with fresh basil, accompanied by a salad.

    TIPS

    Spread the puff pastry with 4 mm thick to obtain a perfect crunch.
