Ingredients

6 servings
  • 4 cans of Tuna
  • 500 grams of saladette tomatoes roasted, peeled and chopped
  • 250 milliliters of tomato puree
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 can of bell pepper
  • 1 can of green olive
  • 2 ladles of parsley finely chopped
  • enough of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoonful of sugar
  • 1 potato large cooked cubed

    Preparation

    In a pot with olive oil brown the garlic, remove and reserve. Right there the onion is fried and the fresh tomato is added, it is left to cook for a while.
    Add the tomato puree, ½ can of peppers and let season add a half teaspoon of sugar and add the parsley.
    Add the tuna in Dolores® water to the sauce, add the green olives and the other half of the peppers, let it boil.
    Garnish with a little parsley and serve.
