Ingredients

6 portions
  • 4 cans Tuna
  • 500 grams saladette tomatoes, roasted, peeled and chopped
  • 250 milliliters mashed tomatoes
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 can bell pepper
  • 1 can green olive
  • 2 ladles parsley, finely chopped
  • enough olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 potato, large cooked cubed

Preparation

In a pot with olive oil brown the garlic, remove and reserve. Right there the onion is fried and the fresh tomato is added, it is left to cook for a while.
Add the tomato puree, ½ can of peppers and let season add a half teaspoon of sugar and add the parsley.
Add the tuna in Dolores® water to the sauce, add the green olives and the other half of the peppers, let it boil.
Garnish with a little parsley and serve.
