Recipe of tuna croquettes that will please the whole family. Prepared with tinned tuna, in a breaded béchamel sauce, they are delicious! It is the dish that you and your family will love to eat.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 stick butter, (90 g)
  • 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 4 cans tuna, (295 gc / u)
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 cup flour, to bread
  • 2 eggs, to bread
  • 1 cup ground bread, to bread
  • 1 cup oil

Preparation

In a pan over low heat, melt butter and cook onion until transparent. Add the celery and cook a few minutes. Add the flour and cook for 3 minutes.
Add the milk and cook until it thickens, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Freeze the mixture for 15 minutes.
In a bowl combine the mixture of milk, tuna and chopped parsley. It forms croquettes and breadcrumbs, passing flour, egg and bread crumbs.
Heat the oil over high heat in a pot or deep frying pan and fry the croquettes. Drain on absorbent paper and serve.

PRESENTATION

It is accompanied by cucumber salad or mixed lettuce.
