Ingredients: 1 stick butter, (90 g); 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped; 1 tablespoon celery, chopped; 1/2 cups flour; 2 cups cow's milk; 1 teaspoon salt; 1/2 teaspoons pepper; 4 cans tuna, (295 g each); 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped; 1 cup flour, for coating; 2 eggs, for coating; 1 cup breadcrumbs, for coating; 1 cup vegetable oil

In a pan over low heat, melt the butter and cook the onion until translucent. Add the celery and cook for a few minutes. Add the flour and cook for 3 minutes. Add the milk and cook until thickened, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Freeze the mixture for 15 minutes.
