This salad is easy and rich, it is the sandwich version of the French tuna salad. It is also ideal to take to the office or school because if you prepare it a day before it will be richer. You can vary the ingredients depending on what you have in your refrigerator.

Preparation
Slice the bread in half and cut in half, remove the crumb. Spread the olive oil, and spread the garlic clove and place basil leaves in each half.
Mix the salad, the artichoke hearts, the tuna, the olives, the pepper, the onion and the cilantro. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Add the salad inside the bread. Wrap in plastic and put it in the refrigerator overnight. Enjoy the next morning or immediately.
