Ingredients: 1 kilo fresh tuna, cut into cubes; 1 red onion, cut into julienne; 1 white onion, cut into julienne; 2 serrano chiles, or green chili cut into julienne; 2 yellow chilis, or yellow chili cut into julienne; 2 red chiles, or red chili cut into julienne; 1 green bell pepper, cut into julienne; salt, to taste; parsley, finely chopped; 20 olives, in slices; 2 tablespoons soy; 1 cup white vinegar; 1/2 cups olive oil; pepper, to taste; 2 carrots, cooked, in slices; peas, in pods or green beans (optional); 1 red sangria lettuce
