Ingredients: 1 tablespoon butter; 1/2 heads onion, medium; 500 grams pasta; 1 pinch salt, to taste; 150 grams button mushrooms; 1/2 heads onion, medium; 1 guindilla pepper; 1 tomatillo, medium; 2 tablespoons olive oil; 1 tablespoon salt; 1 pinch pepper; 250 grams canned tuna in water; 1 cup olives, or pitted olives; 1 sprig basil, reserve a few leaves for garnish; 300 grams tomato sauce

In a pot with two liters of boiling water, add the butter, then the 1/2 onion and the pasta. Add salt to taste. Once it reaches a rolling boil again, wait between 7-8 minutes for "al dente" pasta. After that time, remove the pasta from the heat, drain it, and place it in a glass dish. Cover and set aside. Slice the mushrooms, the other 1/2 onion, and the chili. Cut the tomato into 4 wedges. Sauté these ingredients in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
