Rich croquettes for children and adults, are easy to prepare, you can join them with a rich and fresh salad or saffron rice and a little sour cream. You choose the combination that you like the most.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 pieces of potato
  • 2 cans of tuna
  • 1 piece of egg
  • 1/2 Cup of ground bread
  • 10 leaves of basil
  • 15 leaves of fresh rosemary
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 pinch of garlic powder

    Preparation

    Place the potatoes in a pot to cook in a pot until it is easy to mash them.
    Cut the leaves of basil and rosemary finely and reserve.
    In a bowl or bowl, mash potatoes (without peel) until mashed.
    Add the tuna (already drained) to the puree, the egg and the ground bread, mix.
    After mixing add salt, pepper, garlic powder and herbs, integrate all the ingredients.
    Form balls the size of the palm and crush them a little so that it has the shape of the croquette.
    Cook in a pan with a little oil and let it brown slightly on both sides.

    PRESENTATION

    They can be presented with a saffron rice as a bed and top with a little acid cream or tartar dressing.

    TIPS

    If you do not get basil and rosemary, you can replace it with parsley. They taste delicious accompanied with sour cream, tartar dressing or salad.
