Preparation
Preheat the oven to 210ºC.
Have ready the puff pastry dough, stretched and put on a cake mold adhered with oil spray.
In a pan, fry the onion and garlic with the olive oil.
Add to the preparation the olives, the capers and mix.
Add the fully drained tuna and the tomato.
Add the chopped peppers, salt and pepper to taste and let stand for a minute. Mix the preparation with the egg whites over low heat.
Once ready, empty on puff pastry and cover with puff pastry strips.
Brush with egg yolk and put in the oven.
