Ingredients: 2 canned tuna; 1/2 onions, diced into small cubes; 1 tomato, seedless and diced into small cubes; 1 yellow bell pepper, diced into small cubes; white button mushrooms, cleaned and diced into small cubes; salt, to taste; pepper, to taste; dried oregano, to taste; 100 grams Manchego cheese, or Chihuahua cheese; 1/2 kilos puff pastry; 1 tablespoon olive oil

Roll a rolling pin over the puff pastry sheet to make it thinner, approximately half a millimeter. It usually comes folded and a bit thick; cut squares of about 10 cm x 10 cm. Grease muffin molds with a little oil. Place the squares of puff pastry over them, making a small fold to shape them to the mold. Set aside.
