Ingredients: 4 tablespoons Oléico® safflower oil; 500 grams fresh tuna, quality for sushi; 1 cup soy sauce, low sodium; 1 cup orange juice; 2 árbol chiles, cut in half; 2 green onions, including the tail, finely chopped; 1/4 cups rice; 1/4 cups rice vinegar; 1/4 cups toasted sesame seeds; corn tostadas, to taste; avocados, to taste; sprouts, to taste

For the sauce: In a pan, toast the rice. Set aside. In a bowl add: soy sauce, orange juice, árbol chili, green onion, rice, and rice vinegar. Let the mixture rest for at least 2 hours. Once the time has passed, strain the sauce. Toast the sesame seeds and add them to the sauce.
