The tuna is delicious accompanied by a teriyaki sauce, although you must be careful as they are strong flavors but I assure you that it tastes very rich.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 kilo tuna, cool
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sake
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons vegetal oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 green bell pepper, in juliana
  • 1 green lemon

Preparation

Take your salmon fillet and cut into 4 equal sized portions.
In a deep bowl, mix the soy, sake, ginger, and sugar to make the Teriyaki sauce.
Marinate the tuna in the sauce for at least 20 minutes in a refrigerator.
In a large skillet heat the oil and put the tuna steaks until they are sealed.
If you want to make the recipe lighter, you can grill the steaks on a grill and cook the sauce separately.
Remove the tuna from the pan and add the Teriyaki sauce left over from the marinade. Boil the sauce and add the tuna steaks again and cook for 1 minute more.
To serve, place the fillets in a dish, add the remaining sauce over them and decorate with the julienne pepper and the lemon cut into 4 slices.
