Ingredients: 3 cups flour, for the dough; 2 tablespoons sugar, for the dough; 1/2 tablespoons salt, for the dough; 1/4 cups vegetable oil, for the dough; 1 cup water, for the dough; 3 envelopes Tuna with Mayonnaise Herdez®, for the filling (85 g each); 1/2 cups Manchego cheese, diced; 1/4 cups corn kernels, yellow; 1/4 cups white onion, finely chopped; 1/4 cups tomato, diced; 3 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped; flour; vegetable oil, for frying; avocado; hot sauce

For the dough, in a bowl, pour the flour and with a smaller bowl, make a well in the middle by pressing slightly; in the center, add the sugar, vegetable oil, and water; with the help of a spoon, mix until combined. Place the dough on a clean surface and start kneading until smooth and homogeneous. Let it rest for 20 minutes. For the filling, mix the Tuna with Herdez® Mayonnaise, cheese, corn, onion, tomato, and parsley. Set aside.
