Because we know you love hamburgers, we prepare this hamburger recipe with canned tuna, accompanied by french fries and with a delicious touch of guacamole. Making these hamburgers will serve you well for the days when you don't want to eat meat or they will also be ideal for eating something different this Lenten season. Enjoy them with all the flavor of McCormick® guacamole flavor.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 cups tuna
  • 1/2 cups onion
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons coriander, chopped
  • 1/4 cups jalapeno pepper
  • 1 cup tomtato
  • 1/2 cups McCormick® mayonnaise guacamole flavor
  • 1/2 cups ground bread
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • enough oil
  • enough manchego cheese
  • enough hamburger bun
  • 1 cup McCormick® mayonnaise guacamole flavor, for the dressing
  • 1/2 cups tomtato, finely chopped for dressing
  • 1/2 cups red onion, finely chopped for dressing
  • 2 serrano peppers, finely chopped for dressing
  • enough French fries, Slim cut, to accompany

Preparation

For the hamburger, mix the tuna with the onion, garlic, jalapeno pepper, McCormick® guacamole flavor, ground bread, oregano, until completely incorporated. With the help of your hands, form the hamburgers of approximately 200 grams.
In a skillet over medium heat, heat the oil and cook the hamburger on both sides, add the slice of Manchego cheese and let gratin. Remove from heat.
Place the meat on the bread, add McCormick® guacamole flavor, tomato, onion, serrano pepper and french fries.
Serve with coleslaw.

PRESENTATION

On a plate, accompanied by coleslaw.
