For the dressing: add mayonnaise, chipotle chili, cream, mustard, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix perfectly until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. Once the ingredients are integrated, add the tuna and mix again. Melt butter on a grill, place two slices of bread, and toast for 3 minutes on one side until grill marks appear and they are golden brown. Set aside.
