Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 Dolores® Tuna Medallions
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 onions, finely chopped
  • 4 saladette tomatoes, chopped into small cubes
  • 10 black olives, without bone, chopped in quarters
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoons thyme
  • salt, and pepper to taste

Preparation

Put the tuna medallions on a platter, spread each with 1 ½ tablespoon of olive oil, salt and pepper.
In a hot pan, add ½ tablespoon of olive oil and season the onion for 10 minutes. Add the tomato, olives, garlic, salt and thyme. Leave for 5 minutes. Reserve a little sauce.
Cook the tuna on a grill 5 minutes on each side, the center will be pink. If you like you can leave it longer so that it is more cooked.

PRESENTATION

Place the tuna and place a little Mediterranean sauce on top.

TIPS

Accompany pasta, whole or wild rice.
