Preparation
Boil the tomato, remove the skin and seeds. Chop it in small cubes.
In a hot pan, add olive oil and sauté onion and garlic for 2 minutes, and then the tomato. Season with salt and pepper. Reserve. Here same fry / tatemar the chili.
Cook the tuna steak for 6 minutes each side, the center should remain pink. If you like you can leave it longer so that it is more cooked.
