For the pastor marinade, blend the onion with the garlic, guajillo chili, achiote, pineapple juice, black pepper, cumin, and white vinegar for 5 minutes. In a skillet, heat the oil and cook the onion, the Herdez® tuna in water, add the pastor marinade. Cook for 10 minutes and set aside.
