Preparation
Mix the tuna, mayonnaise, mustard and onion chambray. Incorporate well.
Spread butter on only one side of each slice of bread. On the side without butter of two slices, place half of the cheese, half of the peppers and half of the tuna prepared in each one. Cover with the other two corresponding slices, with the side with butter looking out.
Put to heat a frying pan or comal. Toast on a low heat each sandwich on both sides until the cheese melts and the bread is golden brown. Serve hot.
