Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Prepare the pasta with the cup and a half of flour, butter, oil, salt and 5 or 6 tbsp. of cold water, mix everything gently with your fingers, form a ball and let stand 20 minutes.
Boil the milk and let it cool a little.
Beat the eggs with a tablespoon of flour, 1/4 tbsp. of salt, 1/4 cda. of pepper and chopped onion.
Spread the pie, line a mold with it and crush it with a fork.
On top add the tuna, the cheese in squares, the mixture of milk and eggs.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes to brown.
