Delicious pie that you will love with its perfect flavor and texture, it can be eaten cold or hot. It is a very versatile recipe and a good option to prepare tuna in a different way.

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of onion finely chopped
  • 100 grams of canned tuna
  • 1/2 Cup of Chihuahua cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups of flour
  • 45 grams of Butter
  • 2 spoonfuls of oil
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 6 spoonfuls of Water cool

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Prepare the pasta with the cup and a half of flour, butter, oil, salt and 5 or 6 tbsp. of cold water, mix everything gently with your fingers, form a ball and let stand 20 minutes.
Boil the milk and let it cool a little.
Beat the eggs with a tablespoon of flour, 1/4 tbsp. of salt, 1/4 cda. of pepper and chopped onion.
Spread the pie, line a mold with it and crush it with a fork.
On top add the tuna, the cheese in squares, the mixture of milk and eggs.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes to brown.

TIPS

Serve with lettuce salad.
