  • 450 grams potato
  • 1 tablespoon corn oil

  • 2 tomatoes, for the garnish
  • 8 asparagus, for the garnish
  • 100 grams pea, for the garnish
  • olive oils, to taste, for the garnish
  • lard, to taste, for the garnish
  • salt, to taste, for the garnish
  • black pepper, to taste, for the garnish
  • parsley, amount needed, for the sauce
  • 3 tablespoons gherkin, for the sauce
  • 3 tablespoons green olive, amount needed, for the sauce
  • 50 milliliters balsamic vinegar, for the sauce
  • olive oils, amount needed, for the sauce
  • dill, amount needed, for the sauce

Preparation

For the salmon: Salt the salmon pieces. Grate the potato. Place them on each piece of salmon. Brown in pan with oil with the part of the potatoes facing down.
For the garnish: Sauté the vegetables in oil and butter. Pepper.
For the sauce: Mix parsley, pickles and chopped green olives. Add the balsamic oil, olive oil and chopped dill.
Emplatado: Serve the salmon accompanied by the vegetables and the sauce.

TIPS

Olive oil will give you a very special taste if you replace it with common oil.
