Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 green apple
  • 2 red apples
  • 1 apricot, dehydrated
  • 3 teaspoons liquid vanilla
  • 1 raja cinnamon
  • 4 teaspoons honey

Preparation

Chop the apples into pieces and cook over medium heat.
Once cooked, blend with the apricot, add the 4 teaspoons of honey.
When ground, place in a pot and heat with the cinnamon stick.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with pieces of chopped fruit.

TIPS

Let cool a little before serving.
